The commitment of all counselors is to be available, within reasonable limits, whenever the grieving parents have a need to talk. Counselors are also required to attend monthly meetings to discuss new referrals (calls requesting counseling) and existing cases. Sympathetic counselors offer help, one-on-one, to individuals or couples. Meetings are face-to-face or over the phone, depending on the person's preference. Meetings are kept confidential, and for privacy concerns no names are disclosed.
